How to buy points
You can buy points on the member's page online, then you can book right after you buy points.
Payment needs CREDIT CARD through PayPal.
Enrollment and Trial Mode
Please enroll at first. You can enroll by push "enroll" link which you can see upside of the page. We issue ID after enrollment, please log in on the member's page, then you can buy points.
Then, Please buy 3 points after enrollment.. This is reasonable price.
You can book some classes for trial after you buy points.
You can only book few teachers unless you buy 8 points or more.
Immediate Booking
You can book some classes until 15min from the lesson-time.
Normal Booking
You can book/cancel from "20hour after now" until "1month later".
You can't book/cancel "today's" lesson by Normal booking.
Lesson Time
Classes start from 5:00am, until night 0:00 Japan time. Each teacher has different time slot, so please check their schedules in Schedule page(for guest) or member's page.
No Booking Limit
You can book as many lessons as you want in a day..
Cancellation
Cancellation is not permitted within 20hours from the lesson-time. Cancel must be done until 1day before the class. Please inform any teacher if you want to cancel as long as possible. Point will be consumed even if you don't take the lesson.
Detail
- Expiration date of points will be checked when you book. You can book the lesson after the expire date if you book with valid points.
- Point will be returned when you cancel. You can't book again if that slot is expired.
- Please cancel and book if you want to change booking. We don't offer "change/modify" booking at a time. Please check the details about for each booking and cancellation.
- If you can't take lesson because of some problem with the teacher, internet connection or something, we offer another substitute teacher or points will be returned (and please book again). We can't gurantee another deficit.
- If teacher is offline when starts please contact any teacher, or call to: englishteacheronlinesupport or englishteacher-mylene
- One ID is for one person. If you and your family want to take lesson, please get another ID. You can pay at once, then you can send it to another ID on the member's page.
- If you use the same computer with many ID/people. Please take care what ID you are using when accessing member's page. Please close all internet-browser before accessing another ID after one ID.
