Check and understand these terms and use of service.

This school offers online English lesson

Do by your own

Sign in on Skype 5 min before the class.
Tell your "cancellation" to teachers if you want to cancel within "24hour before class".

Pre-requisite

The lesson is handled through Skype, please install it beforehand. Check Skype's connection and the mic settings before taking lesson.
If student is under age, the parents have to do the enrollment and someone should guide the child. English skill is not very necessary for the guide, as long as he/she knows Skype operation.

What happens if "your class is unattended by your teacher"

There are many reasons why teachers can't handle the class. If such situation happens, we assign substitute or return your points. There are no further indemnity.

Support

Support is done mostly by mail, another option is to contact these Skype ids: englishteacheronlinesupport or englishteacher-mylene

Refund

Refund will be done manually when requested on following rate. This is not done automatically.

The school will refund upper formula minus 1000yen minus PayPay fee (about 5% of transaction). This means, the school gives back money through paypal "formula - 1000" yen and PayPal automatically deduct the transaction fee and the rest will be sent to student.
You need to register to PayPal to get the refund. The refund basically will be done to "registered email address".
The counting starts from the "buying day" as "1st day".

For "Point"

after 31days of payment	Unuse points x unit price at the buying time x 50%

If you have bonus(free) points when you buy points, bonus(free) points will be consumed later. (For example, if you buy 60 points and you get 20 bonus(free) points, then you want to be refunded "within 30days after payment", you will be given 50points backed.)
The "unit price" is calculated based on the point except the bonus(free) point. (For example, If you buy 60 points and you get 20 bonus(free) points, then unit price will be "total price divide 60". if price is 15,000yen, unit price is 250yen)
"Booked point" won't be backed. So if you want to back all points, request to office after you cancel all bookings.

The following point won't be refunded.

Trial Point (Enroll bonus or "3point")

For "Fixed Plan"

after 31days of payment	Unuse days x the number of max classes per day x unit price at the buying time x 50%

"Unuse days" counts from the next day of offer day
"Unit price at the buying time" is calculated based on the buying price and span and max classes per day. (For example, If you buy 90days, 2classes per day, 18,000yen, unit price will be 100yen)

The following span won't be refunded.
Free span when you can't take lesson
Present(free) span
Trial Span

What happens when points are expired

If "unused point" have reached the expire date.limit, that point can't be used. No refund.

Gurantee for Fixed Plan

No gurantee for the school's close day or unbooked class or the class which can't book.

Change Registration Information

Be sure to change the registered information when needed.

The usage of informaion on server

The information on server is utilized based on the service operation.

Private policy

We don't deliver personal information without any valid reason such as goverment or so.

Change the terms of use

The school can change the terms of use without concent of students.

Liability limitation

The student agrees that the school won't receive the claim for loss in following reason.
1. using service
2. can't use service
3. the quality of line and the quality of class and other qualities
4. the effect of our service
5. other service

Governing law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
